BOS cmc will be held on 14th June 2012 at the Søhuset Conference Centre. Søhuset was built in 2005 in concrete, glass and wood, which perfectly matches the beautiful surroundings with forest and lakes. Søhuset is furnished with modern design furniture in a simple classical style. By Air:
From Copenhagen airport, take the direct train to Rungsted Kyst (40 minutes, every 10 minutes, no changes, in the direction of Helsingør). From here, the easiest and quickest way is a taxi, which takes approximately 5 minutes. Here are directions from Rungsted Kyst railway station to the Søhuset Conference Center.
By Road:
On highway E14/97 from Copenhagen, take exit 10 Hørsholm, turn right towards Hørsholm, and follow the street for approximately 500 metres untill you see Venlighedsvej on your left-hand side. Turn left at Venlighedsvej and go to the bottom of the street. The journey time from central Copenhagen is approximately 25 minutes.
By Train:
The national railway is DSB, and a journey planner facility may be found here. There is also an international railway search facility on the same site.
Take the direct train from Sweden (Malmo or Lund) to Rungsted Kyst (1 hour from Malmo, every 20 minutes, no changes, in the direction of Helsingør). Alight at Rungsted Kyst station. From here, the easiest and quickest way is a taxi, which takes approximately 5 minutes.

Accommodation:
Bio2Business has a special rate at the Copenhagen Island Hotel located in DK-1560 Copenhagen V, available from 12th to 14th June. Here are directions from the Copenhagen Island Hotel direct to the venue, and to Copenhagen railway station. We have negotiated preferred rates for 30 superior rooms at 1,240DKK. The rate includes breakfast, service, rates and tax. The deadline for reservations has been set for 12th May, after which unbooked rooms will be released. From 12th May, rates and availability will be on a request basis.

For those who might wish to stay closer to Hørsholm, Bio2Business has allocated a small number of rooms at the First Hotel Marina - Vedbæk which is just a 5 minute taxi journey to Søhuset. Here are directions from the First Hotel Marina to the conference venue. A small amount of single rooms are available from 12th-14th June at 1,240DKK which includes breakfast. The deadline for reservations has been set for 22nd May, after which unbooked rooms will be released. From 22nd May, rates and availability will be on a request basis.
