We started our journey in the year 1994. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Pharma Intermediates for catering to the Global market. Initially, the focus was on the development of cost effective processes for several intermediates related to piperidone & piperidine derivatives. By 2003-04, the company gained world class expertise and became the largest manufacturer of piperidone & piperidine derivatives in the world. Subsequently, the company forward integrated from intermediates of piperidone & piperidine derivatives to APIs and later on diversified into large product portfolio of about 40+ APIs spreading across several therapeutic areas.

Having recognized the vital role of R&D for launching new products and new processes, a separate dedicated R&D facility with around 100+ scientists has been set up in the year 2017. Vasudha has five manufacturing sites (4- finished APIs and 1-API pellets) in India. All the API facilities (except New Unit-V) are audited by several Health Authorities including USFDA, EDQM, PMDA Japan, Korean FDA, Mexican MOH, Russian HA, etc. The facilities are also certified for ISO 9000, EMS 14001, and OHSAS 18001.

The huge infrastructure was set up in our new unit built in 26 acres of land wherein the few manufacturing blocks can be dedicated completely for your company to manufacture as per requirements.
