Originally established as part of the Helsinn Group by the Braglia family, under the name Helsinn Advanced Synthesis SA, HAS announced in January 2022 its launch as an independent business; the Company has been a CDMO since 1984.

HAS has been successfully approved by the Swissmedic along with the US FDA, the European EMA and Japanese PMDA, as well as by other national health authorities.
