BOS Basel 2025

Your Basic Table Top Exhibition Package Includes:

1. Table (180 cm wide x 75 cm deep x 73 cm high). No table cloth. Please order your table cloth, waste paper bin, etc via the BCC online Shop. Find BCC online Shop url, your unique log-in and password below.

2. 2 Chairs (additional chairs as required at no additional charge and up to your package delegate allocation).

3. Electricity Connection. Type 13 (10A, 2.3kW, 230V) socket provided which is the same as you have at home. It's enough for charging phones, plug in lights etc. Please note that you will probably need Swiss plug adaptors!

Allocated Exhibition Space: 3 metres width by 2 metres depth. Height Restrictions: 2.5 metres structures exceeding this will not be permitted.

Please note that portable exhibition stands should be less than 3 metres wide to fit into the allocated space.

Partition Scheme: includes 3 metre wide back wall x 1 metre side walls (partition screens are shown in green).

Deliveries, Set Up, Break Down and Returns

Exhibition Set Up Times	June 10th: 14:00 to 18:00 June 11th: 08:00 to 09:00 Exhibition Set Up 10th June
Exhibition Break Down Time	June 12th: 14:00 to 19:00
Delivery Dates	Deliveries will not be accepted before Wednesday 4th June, 2025
Delivery Times	Deliveries will be accepted between the hours of 08.30 and 11.30, and 13.30 and 16.30
Delivered Items Collection	Packages should be picked up from the Collections point on the Exhibition Floor

Returns Dates	Returns must be collected by your assigned courier by Wednesday 26th June, 2025
Returns Items Deposits	Your packages should be deposited by your assigned representatives at the Collections point on the Exhibition Floor. The assignment of the courier, the correct labeling and the preparations of the required documents are the responsibility of the exhibitor
Returns Address	Your packages must each be clearly labelled with the following: Name of company (receiving) Delivery address (receiving) Name of person (receiving) and telephone number Courier company name Collection date booked

Problem Solving During Conference	Contact the Help Desk on the Exhibition Floor
Shipping/Cusoms/Courier: Bio2Business is unable to advise on customs protocols. Please ensure that you work with your assigned courier to ensure that your packages meet current customs requirements.
