I'm a Senior Pharma Consultant and provide project management support for the pharmaceutical development of small molecules and biopharmaceuticals. My core competencies are CMC management for the preparation of clinical trials I-III and operations management, including scale-up, technical transfer and external manufacturing.
I have 22 years of experience in (bio)pharmaceutical development and manufacturing. Before becoming Managing Director of Central Glass Germany GmbH, a mid-sized CDMO for pharma, I held several positions of increasing responsibility in chemical manufacturing at Novartis Technical Operations in Switzerland. In 15 years, I successfully launched 8 new products at 3 sites and managed 12 international technical transfers (including planning and qualification/commissioning of the respective new plants), always striving for operational excellence. In my last position at the Swiss start-up Idorsia, I created and executed CMC project plans for oral dosage forms in preparation for clinical trials and led the technical transfer, scale-up and external manufacturing of glyco-conjugated vaccines.
