Stella has over 15 years experience working in Business Development roles within the lifesciences sector, of which over 10 years were spent working in senior management positions within the chemistry CRO & CMO industries. Prior to moving into commercial roles, Stella worked as an R&D lab chemist after completing a PhD at Loughborough University.

Since 2018 Stella has worked alongside the Bionow team supporting organisations within the life sciences sector across the North of England (and beyond) to increase competitiveness and growth. https://www.linkedin.com/in/stellaleighjames
