Presentation Title: Viral Vectors Manufacturing Challenges: AAV Case Studies
Abstract: Viral vectors are extensively used in cell and gene therapy, but the manufacturing of such complex biologics is still a limitation to its broader use. In this presentation, I will navigate the challenges to manufacture adeno-associated viral vectors at industrial scale, including the quality control testing. Also, I will show how a platform approach and integration of end-to-end capabilities can help to expedite drug development for customers.
