1. Publishing Personal Profile (including biography, photo and preferences)

- a. After logging in, go to My Account
- b. Click on "Personal Profile"
- c. Populate the fields
2. Creating & Publishing My Basic Company Profile (Virtual V Packages and Gold Package)

- d. Remember to Publish profile to live site
3. Searching for Suppliers within the BOS Virtual Exhibition

- a. Login to BOS Virtual Exhibition at https://www.bio2bevents.com/virtual/exhibit.php
- b. Filter by Company or Category or Browse Exhibiting Companies
- c. Use the Favourites function to bookmark suppliers of interest
- d. Use the Request for Information button on the Exhibitor Profile to make contact with the supplier or contact one of the team members directly via their personal profile
4. Browsing and Searching ePosters within the BOS Virtual Platform

- a. Login to BOS Virtual ePosters at https://www.bio2bevents.com/bosvirtual/posters
- b. Filter by Company, Category, Keyword or Browse all listed ePosters
- c. Award Poster Rosettes to ePosters of merit
- d. Poster Awards will be made in Q4 2021 to Posters attaining the most Rosette accolades
- e. Use the Request for Information button on the Poster Profile to make contact with the supplier.
5. Use BOS Exchange to reach multiple suppliers of your selection quickly and efficiently to source solutions

- a. After logging in, go to My Account
- b. Go to the Requirements tab, and click on "Create New Requirement"
- c. Complete the Requirements form outlining what capabilities and services your require
- d. Select colleagues (if registered) to copy in appropriate
- e. Deselect any suppliers who you do not want to include on the distribution list
- f. Submit requirement
- g. Go to My Messages to view your requirement in the sent folder and receive replies in the Messenger Inbox
